Office Manager (Castelldefels, Barcelona)

We are a Polish Company, focused on the GameDev industry. We constantly strive for excellence by developing our skills and our organization, therefore we are looking for an ”Office Manager” to join our new Back Office team based in Spain to take care of the company’s new branch in Castelldefels, located close to Barcelona.

Your responsibilities:

– supervising administrative and office work

– monitoring and managing the archiving of documents

– planning and controlling the costs of the office

– ensuring that documents are processed in a timely and efficient manner

– preparing orders

– managing deliveries

– Servicing of equipment

– contacting suppliers of office equipment and products

– coordinating correspondence

– mail distribution

– updating the database of internal telephone numbers

– supervising the recruitment of new staff and preparing them to carry out the work assigned to them

– taking care of proper working conditions, i.e. proper maintenance of office premises, ensuring the delivery of necessary supplies and equipment 

– supervising the cleaning of the office, ensuring comfortable working conditions and a pleasant atmosphere

Our requirements:

– Higher education or student

– English language proficiency on at least B2 level

– Knowledge of MS Office (Word PowerPoint, and Excel on a minimum intermediate level) 

– Ability of logical thinking, accuracy, communication, teamwork, and quick learning 

– Strong sense of responsibility 

– High interpersonal culture

– Possibility of hybrid work model – 2 days in the office, 3 days remotely 

– Necessary flexible approach to the tasks performed
