Social Media Manager (Castelldefels, Barcelona)

We are a Polish Company, focused on the GameDev industry. We constantly strive for excellence by developing our skills and our organization, therefore we are looking for a Social Media Manager to run the RedDeer.Games social channels and join our new office based in Spain (Castelldefels, close to Barcelona).

Your responsibilities:

  • Run the RedDeer.Games social channels
  • Own and execute the social media editorial content calendar on a monthly basis
  • Create actionable plans to grow our following on different platforms (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok)
  • Engage and grow the RedDeer.Games community across all our social media platforms (and explore potential for new ones)
  • Speak directly to the community – start and maintain conversations with fans/influencers about the studio and our games
  • Research and identify new trends and keep the team informed about new opportunities

Our requirements:

  • Higher education or student
  • English language proficiency on at least B2 level
  • Social Media management experience within the games (channels for a game developer or publisher)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excited by social media and how it is used to engage and grow a fanbase
  • Passionate about games
  • Experience of social media tools, both for posting and analytics
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • High interpersonal culture
  • Possibility of hybrid work model – 2 days in the office, 3 days remotely
