We are a Polish Company, focused on the GameDev industry. We constantly strive for excellence by developing our skills and our organization, therefore we are looking for a Social Media Manager to run the RedDeer.Games social channels and join our new office based in Spain (Castelldefels, close to Barcelona).
Your responsibilities:
- Run the RedDeer.Games social channels
- Own and execute the social media editorial content calendar on a monthly basis
- Create actionable plans to grow our following on different platforms (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok)
- Engage and grow the RedDeer.Games community across all our social media platforms (and explore potential for new ones)
- Speak directly to the community – start and maintain conversations with fans/influencers about the studio and our games
- Research and identify new trends and keep the team informed about new opportunities
Our requirements:
- Higher education or student
- English language proficiency on at least B2 level
- Social Media management experience within the games (channels for a game developer or publisher)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excited by social media and how it is used to engage and grow a fanbase
- Passionate about games
- Experience of social media tools, both for posting and analytics
- Strong sense of responsibility
- High interpersonal culture
- Possibility of hybrid work model – 2 days in the office, 3 days remotely
