Catgotchi: Virtual Pet is available on Nintendo Switch consoles from today!

RedDeer.Games, one of the leading indie game developers and producers for Nintendo Switch announced the release of consecutive indie production — Catgotchi: Virtual Pet. Reminiscent of the 1990s, the virtual kitten care simulator thus opens a new event — Indie Spring Spree.

Catgotchi: Virtual Pet is a nostalgic retro-style game in which the player’s main objective is to take proper care of a cat of his choice. The game’s inspiration, reflected in both gameplay and artwork, is the iconic Japanese portable video game console Tamagotchi – published worldwide by Bandai.

As in the toy mentioned above – but in an entirely cattish setting, the player takes care of a cat by feeding it, playing with it, and taking care of it. The happier the cat is, the faster it will grow.

To keep the cat happy, the player should spend as much time as possible with his animal. The cat might become sad and even get sick if they don’t.



A unique advantage of production is the ability to care for several cats at the same time. Additionally, while playing the game, players can unlock over a dozen different cat breeds.

Catgotchi: Virtual Pet is a great opportunity for many gamers to embark on a sentimental journey of their childhood, as well as an excellent simulation game for youngsters – taking their first steps in pet care.

Catgotchi: Virtual Pet is available worldwide on Nintendo Switch eShop.

The Adventures of Poppe to przygodowa gra 2D, w stylu retro, w której gracz wciela się w Poppe – kilkucalowego chłopca, przemierzającego rozmaite lokacje i mierzącego się ze śmiertelnie groźnymi insektami. 

Po drodze zadaniem gracza jest zbieranie różnych przedmiotów, które pozwolą mu przechodzić na kolejne etapy gry. Gracz będzie mógł również pomóc napotkanym postaciom, które mogą wesprzeć bohatera w niektórych sytuacjach.

Dodatkowo pomocne okażą się, rozmieszczone na drodze bohatera, niezliczone wzmacniacze i ulepszenia, które pozwolą nabyć nowe i przydatne umiejętności.

The Adventures of Poppe debuts today on Nintendo Switch console

RedDeer.Games, one of the largest publishers and developers of indie games, has launched a new pixel art platformer – The Adventures of Poppe. Game is available globally from today for Nintendo Switch console owners.

The Adventures of Poppe is a 2D game in retro style, in which the player takes on the role of Poppe – a tiny boy, exploring various locations and facing deadly and dangerous insects. 

Along the way, the player’s task is to collect various items, that will allow him to progress to the next stages of the game. The player will also be able to help the characters he meets, which can return the favour and support the hero in certain situations.

In addition, the map is filled with boosters and upgrades, that will be helpful, and allow player to acquire new and useful skills.

An interesting addition to gameplay is the possibility of solving stages in many different ways – which will enhance the time spent with The Adventures of Poppe.

Cyber Protocol hitting iOS – RedDeer.Games enters new platform and announces first mobile game in portfolio

RedDeer.Games, a developer and publisher of games, specializing in Nintendo Switch projects, released their first game on the Apple App Store – taking the first step in the expansion into the mobile games market. This way, one of the biggest hits of the studio – Cyber Protocol is now available on iOS.

Cyber Protocol is a highly awarded, the hardest game in history arcade puzzle game, set in a Cyberpunk scenario with strong and dynamic gameplay. Players will face 100 levels with various puzzles and challenges, soothing themselves with a stunning synth-wave soundtrack.

–I’m very excited that we can finally announce our expansion into a new medium which is mobile gaming. THE JOURNEY BEGINS
A vast, dark and hostile world stretches around the corner. Full of dangers, obstacles, puzzles, and difficulties to solve. What about you? You’re just a sticky little blob. But what a very special blog!

YER A BLOB, BLOB
A vain and arrogant wizard magically animated you to act as his slave. But you know you were made for a greater purpose. Use all your sticky skills: push and slide blocks to avoid obstacles, solve puzzles, and complete levels.

And you have a lot of them ahead of you!

CHALLENGE YOURSELF
Remember, obstacles will get harder on each level. Don’t worry about making mistakes though. You can always backtrack or start the level all over again.

Complete levels with as few steps as possible, only then you will receive trophies with access to new worlds.

SOMETHING FOR THE HEART, SOMETHING FOR THE EAR
Great music will draw you even more into the sticky world. You know, without such, adventure is never good enough :D.

ABOUT ELSEWHERE
He is a professional SW developer by day, game maker, and music composer by night. He likes strategy and puzzle games that give you big problems but allow logical deductions to reduce the problem size until it is manageable. Always brainstorming and prototyping puzzle game ideas, and the sticky mechanic in GUM+ was an idea that immediately seemed like it needed lots of exploration.
