The Wild West Beckons – Above Snakes Approaches Console Release

The console launch of Above Snakes is getting closer. RedDeer.Games, together with developer Square Glade Games are excited to be bringing that distinctive indie gem to an even wider audience. This sandbox survival adventure set in the untamed Wild West is on its way to Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

Developed by Square Glade Games, Above Snakes invites players into a beautifully stylized world, where nature and danger coexist, and where every step forward must be earned through crafting, building, and survival.

The story follows a young woman determined to survive and make her mark in a rapidly changing world. Whether constructing your home from scratch or watching over carefully tended crops, Above Snakes encourages a thoughtful, immersive pace, rewarding exploration and creativity.

Inspired by the raw spirit of North America’s frontier era, Above Snakes offers a unique take on the survival genre. Piece by piece, players shape their own world, placing biome tiles to gradually reveal an expansive map full of secrets and challenges. From gathering resources and building an outpost, to fishing, farming, and fending off mysterious Lost Souls, every action helps carve out a life in this unforgiving but captivating land.

Already available on Steam, Above Snakes will soon find its place among the thriving console communities. The game is coming to Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 later this year.

Above Snakes is heading to Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. RedDeer.Games announced a partnershipwith Square Glade Games

Above Snakes – a sandbox survival game with a Wild West theme has begun its journey to all leading consoles. It is the debut game of the developer Square Glade Games, with which RedDeer.Games has just established a partnership.

Above Snakes is a unique blend of open-world creation, gentle survival and building, combined with the native, unspoiled power of the Wild West.

Inspired by the tumultuous period of the conquest of the wild west of North America, the game is aimed at all lovers of slow-paced settling, construction, farming, and survival.

This has been a dream of ours since the start of the project and we are happy to be able to do this together with RedDeer.Games. Above Snakes will provide players with many possibilities,  plenty of excitement, and hours of fun. The story centres around the fortunes of a young woman trying to survive amid the dangerous complexities of the newly developing world.

Players will start from scratch,  creating a completely custom world with diverse biomes, through the possibility of detailed exploration, collecting resources, and building their household. Players can also craft, harvest, fish, hunt and even fight the so-called Lost Souls.


Above Snakes’ Nintendo Switch release will be announced later in 2024. The game is already available on Steam for those impatient explorers of the Wild West.

Ready your cauldrons! The basics of potion-making with Nora: The Wannabe Alchemist will be available on consoles from November 24

RedDeer.Games, a developer and publisher of games for Nintendo Switch, has just announced their newest console release. Nora: The Wannabe Alchemist, the visual novel with elements of time management in a cartoony style, will be available on Nintendo Switch on November 24.

Nora is a magic college dropout, but her ambitions are like no other. She might have lost her place at school, but she has not given up on her dream of becoming a famous alchemist.

Nora: The Wannabe Alchemist is a point-and-click game, where the players will join the main character in her journey to greatness. Potion-making, taking care of plans, and fulfilling orders – all of this while fighting clumsiness and the unstoppable flow of time.

Growing alchemical plants is the first step of alchemy. Nora doesn’t have a green thumb, but learning is the key. Planting, growing and harvesting flowers with magical properties will make brewing potions available. The doorbell of the girl’s alchemist shop will ring non-stop, when she will stock up on helpful potions.

Some clients need liquid strength or better health, others will happily buy remedies of acne or lack of hair. Some everyday problems can be solved easily with a good cauldron-brew – this is where every alchemist began their career after all!

Nora’s abilities will improve with time and experience, meanwhile…

…there will be time to decorate and make this house a home. The players will have options when it comes to the look of the alchemy shop and Nora’s room. Different sets of doors and cupboards, as well as different decorative flowers, will be available to the players for a price.

Outside the workshop, the players will encounter interesting individuals and soon-to-be friends, that will give advice and help when needed.

May flowers blossom not only in Nora’s garden but also in her heart!

Nora: The Wannabe Alchemist will be available on Nintendo Switch on November 24. The game is available now on Steam.

Garden Buddies lets players drift into a unique world filled with tiny plant and animal companions. The players step into their own gardens – which act not only as a place of beauty, but also as an asylum from worries that often take root in the mind.

As the game’s relaxing storyline unveils, there will be more creatures to meet, more decorations to discover, and more ways to find inner peace.
 


The first buddy the players meet is Mutsy – a little apple-looking creature with stubby legs. He is there at all times to help, to guide, and to introduce players to the tools at their disposal. Creating a perfect retreat is one thing – the true treasure is the friends players find along the way.

Cozy adventure – Garden Buddies – has received a release date! Step into a wonderful plant oasis, to make beautiful friendships and heal your tired mind

In Garden Buddies, a unique gardening simulator, players will find themselves in the middle of a fairytale world. Together with their new friend, the little apple-like creature Mutsy, they will begin an adventure to not only build the garden of their dreams but also to mentally respite.

Garden Buddies is available to be added to the Steam Wishlist and Nintendo eShop.
 


In the heartwarming story, players accompanied by Mutsy, will explore the magical world, creating and building their plant sanctuary. The relaxing storyline will be filled with uplifting narration, as well as unexpected twists and turns.

Retrofuturistic Mechanic 8230: Escape from Ilgrot debuts today on Nintendo Switch, as the third game of this month’s Indie Spring Spree Event

RedDeer.Games, an independent game developer, and publisher, has announced the release of the adventure game Mechanic 8230: Escape from Ilgrot, which was teased during the May event – Indie Spring Spree. This enigmatic point-and-click game is now available on Nintendo Switch consoles.

Mechanic 8230: Escape from Ilgrot is a point-and-click adventure game set in a cyberpunk world, which has been acclaimed by players and awarded, among others, at the Indie Cup S’21 festival.

The protagonist, a talented mechanic, sets out to find his friend – the RO-2 robot. Together, they must uncover the chilling secrets hidden in the ruins of the Bifrostia world. However, this won’t be an easy task, as unknown enemies are on the hunt for the RO-2.



The players’ objective will be to escape from the city of Ilgrot, where the RO-2 is wanted. To accomplish this, they will need to collect items along the way and use them to solve numerous challenging and logical puzzles.

Mechanic 8230 captivates players with its remarkable fusion of stylized graphics, reminiscent of illustrations from children’s books, an intricate post-apocalyptic narrative, and a punk ambient soundtrack that sets the mood.

For A Vast Future to osadzona w dystopijnej przyszłości pixelowa gra turowa, z elementami klasycznego RPG. Gracze trafią do pochłoniętej przez niedawne wojny Seralii – kraju wyniszczonego kataklizmem, śmiercią i ohydną władzą.



Nastały niepewne czasy, gdzie mieszkańcy próbują przetrwać, walcząc między sobą o ochłapy, a dramatyczną sytuację wykorzystują nowo powstałe rządy i religijne sekty. Podczas gdy inni żyją z dnia na dzień nowi przywódcy planują krwawą zemstę z użyciem nowej, śmiercionośnej broni.

Gracze, z pomocą wyjętych spod prawa łotrzyków, będą musieli zapobiec nadchodzącej katastrofie. W walce niezbędne okaże się potężne uzbrojenie, dostępne do zebrania w czasie rozgrywki, rozbudowany system craftingu oraz liczne ulepszenia postaci.
