SOLVE THE MYSTERY
You play as multiple characters, each with their own story, and travel to actual locations in town and dark versions of them.
In this nightmare, you have to solve the murder, search for your missing sister Sarah, and complete the mysterious ritual to save the dying town. Will you be able to unravel all the dark secrets of Boreal Tenebrae?

SEARCH FOR SARAH
Explore a diseased town where everything is unusual. Strange boxes that emit hypnotic static appeared in town. Some citizens, including Sarah, have been absorbed by this mysterious object and never come back.

Boreal Tenebrae is a dark retro adventure in the style of 90s PlayStation 1 classics, with cartoonish graphics and synth wave music to deepen the atmosphere of horror. 

This disturbing, surreal story will be available on Nintendo Switch and Xbox One / Xbox Series S|X thanks to RedDeer.games on April 8.

Sudden technological changes and digital evolution cause terror and anxiety in society. In a small, lonely town where this type of transformation proceeds much slower, the impact of this kind of phenomenon is always increased.

And people are usually hostile to it.

WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON?
In such a small town, Dusky Rivers, set in an idyllic landscape, this story begins. A technological anomaly suddenly appears.

This phenomenon bends reality and absorbs what is in its vicinity from time to time. And its first victim was your sister Sarah.

TEAMWORK
Play as Bree, the main character, Sarah’s sister, as well as her friends, and city residents.

Each of the characters looks at the town differently, has a contrasting story and diverse insights, but each of them is important in the attempt to solve the mystery of the anomaly that Sarah was accused of causing.

SAVE THE TOWN 
Explore and discover the town and its alternative, dark version. Collect and redo items, discover diary recordings to learn more about the story, and play cassette tapes.

Complete the ritual started by Sarah, save her and others from the alternate world, and discover the dark secrets of a slowly decaying town.

Trash Quest – release date revealed and a new trailer has just come out!

 

So you like difficult games? Are „Veteran” or „Nightmare” basic levels for you? You should try Trash Quest. The premiere on Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X will be on December 10 and on Nintendo Switch on December 16. Check out this new video to learn more about the game.

Welcome to the world of Trash Quest – a pixel art platformer in which your task will be to fight your way through the maze of the space station rooms by defeating numerous enemies with the help of collected power-ups.

This cute Metroidvania platformer with zero checkpoints, dynamic action, and amazing graphics by Francis Vace is heading to Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S|X thanks to RedDeer.games.

TIME TO START A GAME
The action takes place on board of Deliverance space station. While the crew is ready for a long journey to Tau Ceti, being settled in their cryo pods, the AI on the ship, during system check has detected uninvited guest.

Aaand yes, it’s a small, filthy raccoon with a simple purpose in life – to collect as much trash as he can. But this time his task won’t be that easy since defense systems don’t allow to take another passenger on the trip.


INCREASING DIFFICULTIES
Trash Quest delivers exactly what you expect  – a short, intense, and tight platforming experience. The game’s world is divided into four zones, each with its own visual and musical theme, and the player has to traverse them by collecting upgrades and discovering new shortcuts on the map.

This is crucial for your mission because, in classic Metroidvania style, you can’t reach certain places unless you’ve upgraded yourself with the required ability. Like for example double or triple jump. 

IT WON’T BE EASY
The progression in the game saves automatically. BUT… there’s only one single spawn location where you reappear every time you die. Do not worry, any power-ups, abilities, or shortcuts you’ve unlocked will remain.

A tribute to retro games Trash Quest features pixel art graphics and a unique soundtrack inspired by classic video games that are sure to catch retro gaming enthusiasts’ attention.
